 Anyone with back-to-back meetings: founders, account managers, ops leads, anyone who fires off email from their phone between commitments.

 You're running late or away from your desk and need a contact emailed fast, without pulling over, digging for their name, or letting AI quietly pretend to be you. This turns a "handle this for me" request into a sent (or drafted) email that clearly says an AI sent it.

An AI agent connected to your calendar and email, reachable from your team chat tool (e.g., Slack) on mobile

A one-time "how you represent me" rule saved to the agent's memory (see Prompt)

Your decision on draft-vs-send (start with draft until trust is earned)

Save the "represent me" rules to your agent's memory once (Prompt below).

From your chat tool on your phone, tell the agent the goal in plain words: who to reach, why, and what to say.

Let it find the contact and draft the message. It will CC people it sees on the same meeting invite.

Review the draft and confirm the AI-disclosure signature is there. 

(Keep it on "draft" until the agent has earned your trust.)

Approve and send or, once you trust it, allow it to send directly.

D — Doing: Set the standing rules for how you send email on my behalf.

I — Information: My name, my title, who I usually email, and my tone in writing.

R — Role/Persona: Act as my professional assistant who represents me carefully.

E — End Goal/Result: Emails that sound like me, CC the right people, and clearly disclose they were sent by AI.

C — Context: You must never sign as me. Always add a signature naming yourself as AI and me as the human owner. When unsure, draft instead of send.

T — Tone/Style/Format: Warm, brief, professional. End every email with: "Sent by AI [agent name] on behalf of [your name]."

I'm running ~10 minutes late to my next meeting. Find who I'm meeting with,

email them an apology and heads-up, and CC anyone else on the invite.

Works for any "handle this contact for me" task, not just running late.

Add more "represent me" rules over time (signature, do-not-contact list, escalation cases).

For higher-stakes recipients, keep the agent on draft-only and send it yourself.

Never let the agent sign as you. Always disclose that AI sent it. 

 for any external email until the agent has a track record. 

Confirm your email connector is scoped to 

, not silent auto-send, until you deliberately choose otherwise. 

No client names or confidential details in shared examples.
