This is the standard for work in the AI Era.

Work in the AI Era will increasingly be a collaboration between people and digital counterparts. Some responsibilities will remain distinctly human, while others will be supported or handled by AI.

The challenge is that AI-assisted work is rarely reliable on the first try. The iterative process is how we build that reliability. Start with a clear outcome, map the workflow, build the AI-assisted version, test it on real work, document what works, and improve what does not.

The goal is to iterate until the workflow consistently meets the standard you need. At that point, it becomes a repeatable way of working that can be shared, adopted, and improved again when the work, tools, or expectations change.
